Google is actually reading your mail. Privacy looks as an unimportant thing today when anyone can find out about anything you do.

A mailman that is opening your mail and telling juicy stories to the whole town just got a new, modern version. Google announced that they are reading our mail

This company is reading e-mails in order to recognize unwanted mail and dangerous software, but also for advertising - creating ads adjusted to you.

Google refreshed their privacy policy of Gmail in order to make it clear to their users that they are watching our messages.

Now, in terms of use they say that Google's automated software watches our electronic mail which is saved on their servers, but also those which are sent or received from any Google account. The company watches our messages in order to recognize unwanted mail and malicious software but also important mail in order to adjust ads for every user.

This actually is not the worst thing done by Google. But, as with other similar stuff, if people are worried about this, they should be able to turn this feature off. Except this, Google does many more dangerous things, like saving data about some people. If you consider that more than half of world's population uses Gmail, you will see that there is a great chance that people who on high positions in future could easily get blackmailed by Google.
