Happiness is one of the most important conditions to be healthy. If you're not happy you won't be healthy!

Want to stay healthy? Be happy! Here is a list of a few things happy people don’t do. Maybe that’s why they are happy people?

Everyone wants to be happy. There are a lot of “what to do” advices all around us. Just to stay happy.

Happiness is one of the things that leads to a healthier life. When you’re happy you have the energy to do anything you want. Happiness is one of the terms for having a healthy life.
So avoid these few things and you will check happiness on your to-do list for a healthier life.


What happy people don’t do is that…

1. They don’t criticize

They don’t criticize people around them. Just if that is necessary for the person’s well being. That criticism also is thoughtful.When you criticize someone it usually mean you’ve got a lot of your own issues to solve. It’s a sign of your own insecurities. So when you do it, try to observe your own actions.
Conclusion – happy people care for others, don’t want to hurt them.

2. They don’t compare

They are happy with their own life choices. Happy people are grateful for the things they have and they don’t compare to others.

 

 

3. They don’t complain

Complaining means focusing on what you don’t have. Complaining is not a solution.

4. They don’t live in the past

The past is gone. It is a waste of time to live in the past. Learn to let go, when needed.

 

 

5. Their personal growth is their priority

Focus on your dreams, daily habits and health. Achieve the goals that you are striving for.

6. They don’t worry about peoples judgment

The only judgment you need to worry about is your bosses judgment for your performance. Happy people do what they want and need. They have their own well-considered reasons. No need for someone to approve it.

 

 

7. They don’t overthink

Thought spirals are the root cause of depression, anxiety and stress. So don’t overthink. Think but don’t overthink.
