Your profile will be found by readers/ users or any other interested party in three different manners:

• Via search-engine: in the basic version of the search engine by the first three letters of the search subject or with the professional search engine by search criteria like Bio, CSR, Fair trade, etc.
• By publishing content: Glopinions, Lopinions, GLOMO (GLObal Motion), GLOVO (GLObal Voting), etc.
• By posting GLADS (GLobal ADvertisting)

General information

Registration can be anonymously: for individuals this might be a vital option, organisations which want to present products, services, etc. should be registered under real name; however even organisation need not to use their company email for registration data – via hotmail/ gmail, etc. might be used as well 

GLBrain offers different user formats for individuals and organisations

Basic profile is for free – customized (payable) profile is available in two different versions. Go to your profile (black top line - third position from right side) and click "Buy Customized Profile". There you will find the offer for both profiles:

Search engine supports process of finding information: by entering the first three letters of required object, e.g. Sno ... the engine displays all content, users and professional users

Extended search engine for business/ products allows

• Geographical search
• Search for companies with online shops
• Search for form of organisation (company, political party, NGO, etc.)
• Job search/ job offer
• Search for attributes like Bio, CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility), vegan, GMO, etc.

Extended search can just be applied for data of professional user profiles.

Administration of user account is done in top line right: Settings

Via Privacy Settings user may determine which information will be disclosed to which group; applicable for website, date of birth, title, profession, gender, age, nationality, etc. Per criteria you may select your options

Deletion of user account is easy; data will be stored for 30 days (in case the request is cancelled and user wants to return); all personal data are ultimately and irrevocable deleted from the server

Biography

In Biography/ About Us you can describe you/ your organisation in four columns. This description can be done in four of all 20 available languages. If the reader has selected one of these languages the profile is visible. If the language does not match with selected ones, you can choose a default option, e.g. English. Furthermore you can upload as many photo and videos you want to illustrate you, your organisation, products, events or any other activities.

Basic applications

Create your profile according your individual requirements: with Theme colour (please select), Background Image (for uploading), User Bar Order Settings and Reorder Featured Content

Reorder Featured Content: which section – friends, content, biography or highlights – will be displayed when user hitting your profile

User Bar Order Setting for configuring user information on the left side of the profile; just click-on and position function in the way you like

Professional applications

The following applications are just available for professional profiles:

GLAD Bar: with All created GLADs and Reorder GLADs in GLAD Tab you can position all your GLADs in the most prominent way or according to importance or date of publishing

A GLAD (GLobal ADvertising) is the main tool used to advertise on GLBrain. A Glad will always be linked to a GLOpinion or a LOpinion and target the interested audience.

Online shop

Your profile is not only your virtual business card, where you can publish information about your organisation, activities or products and send it via links to social media, but also a platform where you can sell your products via a link to online shops. The profile supports your presentation with a window for the sale. GLBrain account offers a link to amazon, ebay, Rakuten or another portal of your choice.

Business activities

This application supports the process of the search function. Please add all your existing activities that your profile will be easier found in search process.

Certificates will emphasise the sustainable approach of your organisation with criteria as Bio, Fair Trade,  GMO, Green or Vegan and certificates for Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). These attributes relief the work of search engines and you entity might be found better by users with sustainable focus. You will be recognised as sustainable and socially responsible. Thus GLBrain is the perfect portal to present your social responsible policy and to communicate this to other stakeholders.

Via Other User Setting you can add Job Search/ Job Offer for selected cities/ regions
