Google patented an special lens that can make photos and transfer them to a smartphone or some other device.
The same thing as with Google Glass, which seems a lot more strange than these lenses, this device would be controlled by blinking. As a proof of their invention, Google described a situation when these lenses could be very useful.
"Imagine a blind person getting close to a crossroad. Without Google lenses, this guy wouldn't see a sports car which is comming. If he had these lenses, he would get an audio warning from his phone."
Except that, Google claims that these lenses could provide supernatural abilities like changing focus and wider sight.
I don't know should I be excided about this or scared. Because, some day, we might all wear these lenses and if someone hacks our computer, everything we ever saw will be seen by some other person. Now, imagine that someone else is watching your very private moments from your perspective. It is not cool, but, yet, the example presented by Google made us think of this device as of a good thing.
