Julian Assange "temporarily left" Ecuadorian embassy to attend the conference in the US in a big style -- as 3D hologram.

Julian Assange, the creator of "WikiLeaks" and one of the most intriguing persons of our time, which for years has been hiding in the Ecuadorian embassy in London for fear of extradition, attended a conference in the United States, but only as 3D hologram.

In fact, Assange was "transferred" to Nantucket from London, in the form of holographic projection. A great way to make a good impression, you have to admit.

He was talking about censorship, control and historical manipulation. In an interview with filmmaker Eugene Jarecki, Assange pointed out the problems of freedom of information, risks and espionage.

“As a researcher, I'm all too well aware of what people are now calling Google blindness, that the information you can’t find on the Internet doesn’t exist,” his hologram told them.

Assange's wise words continued to flow in the form of the river of instructions addressed to the whole of civilization.

“My conclusion is that the best way to go about changing things is simply to act. At its essence, when civilization is working well, it commits us to not do dumb things again. To do that, we have to have the ability to learn from each other, and learn from the past, how our institutions actually behave, their internal dialogue. Ideas can only be as good as their inputs,” concluded cyber revolutionary with the hope for a better tomorrow.

Jarecki ended the conversation by reaching for a holographic high five with the not-really-there whistleblower.
