If you want to have a healthy lifestyle then this is certainly something you must consider! It's 5 things we do all the time in a wrong way, and how to do the same properly.

There are so many things we do in order to have healthy lifestyle. Here are some of the most common errors we make in the whole story of healthy lifestyle. You can be even healthier!

1. Not drinking enough water
You should be drinking about eight 8 ounce glasses of water every day. But here is an interesting fact – there is no scientific evidence that could back up this claim.
And that could make sense. We all have different height and weight and we all have different requierements. How could the same amount be enough for everyone?
And we all have different levels of physical activity and that is something that affects a lot how much water we need.
And even the environment. If you live in a environment with higher temperature then you would certainly need more water than someone living in a place with lower temperatures.
So a lot of things influence this.
So maybe it would be the best to have a glass at the reach of your hand. Then whenever you can fill it with water and drink it whenever you are thirsty. And even try drinking water sometimes even if you feel hungry. This sensation can be because of dehydration.

 


2. Not eating enough fresh fruits and veggies
Well this is a very common thing. We’re so used to eating junk food for snacks rather than fruit and vegetables. So what’s the solution? Grab an apple instead of sugary and salty food. These foods create a kind of an addiction. It’s more about just grabbing something to make a snack. So just grab an apple.

 

3. Slouching or sitting too much
Well this could be what programmers say a fatal error. This is something you really need to change! Sitting all day long affects your health more than you could imagine. It affects on a physical and a psychological level. You get to be inactive and lazy among other things.
Make a timer clock and set it on 30 minutes! When the time comes, get up and do 10 jumping jacks or make a short walk. You can choose another exercise that you think is better. Even just standing up and sitting again could help.

 


4. Breathing incorrectly
A lot of people don’t breathe correctly. You would probably say it’s a reflex or instinct but you can still work on it.
To breathe properly means to take a slow deep breath into the abdomen, hold it for a few seconds and then release it.
Is you closely watch babies you’ll see they do it also this way.
It can reduce stress, anxiety, calm the nerves and so on. It’s the main thing that feeds you with oxygen and it’s like gasoline for a car! Don’t forget it!

 


5. Forgetting to smile
We live in a pretty weird world where people tend not to do the thing that makes them feel the best – smile! It actually makes the release of endorphins and that makes you less stressed and nervous and anxious. And another thing smiling is contagious. And why not to make a good thing viral?
Think about this a little bit and start living a healthier life!
