Why would you take pills when there are many natural ways? And pretty effective!

Pain relievers, remember? There are more!
And here they are!

Capsaicin. This one you can find in hot chilli peppers. This one does wonders for pain. It’s the active pain reducing ingredient that temporarily desensitizes nerve receptors called C fibers. These cause the pain response. It also diminishes soreness for 3 to 5 weeks while the fibers regain sensation.

Gamma Linolenic Acid. This one is found in many seed oils. According to some experts people who consume essential fatty acids are able to reduce nerve pain associated with diabetic conditions.

Cherries. Like them? Thanks to anthocyanins they tamp down the pain you feel. Cherries are also said to have the highest anti inflammatory content of all food you might think of. Great for arthritis!

Aquamin. This one is derived from red seaweed. It is a powerful pain reducer. It reduced arthritis pain by 20% in a study! It does wonders too with inflammation. It helps in building bone, rich in calcium and magnesium!

Arnica. Herbal rub after intense sport? Great choice! It can help in cases of acute injury or as a post surgery help! It is derived from a European flower and has anti-inflammatory properties. The true nature of its healing action is though, still unknown.

Peppermint! Toothache? Bloating, gas? Joint conditions? Skin irritations, headache, muscle pain… All of them!

Boswellia! A herb sourced from the frankincense tree. The resin of it is used to thwart chemical reactions that cause inflammation and pain. Ayurvedic scientists use it to treat arthritis and inflammatory bowel disease too.

So, feeling pain? Don’t get a pill! Get something natural!
