The Actual Story about Output of BOPP Lines

Publications suggest extreme high outputs of BOPP Production lines which are not possible in real production with a realistic product production mix nor are they possible in theory.

Publications suggesting for example BOPP Lines 8,7 m wide with a production speed of 450 m p.h. to produce  an annual output of 40.000 tons are wrong not only in theory but even more in reality.

In reality as can be seen here this line shall produce with a realistic production mix only 31.000 tons p.a.

Even more unrealistic are publications suggesting 10.4 meter wide lines with a speed of 525m/min to be able to produce 60.000 Tons p.a. In reality the output p.a. is only around 43.000 tons, even the theoretical maximum output, assuming an all year production only of 25 mycron film adds up to only 45.000 tons.

   The 60.000 to 90.000 tons line has become a reality

High output as suggested can only be reached by higher casting capacity of up to 10 tons/h using the new Cast Cooling Belt Technology and related increase of line speed only possible with the new Preheating Technology all developed and patented by GloBra.

The new Cast cooling Belt Technology allows way higher casting speeds and volumes.

This technology can be used and lizensed to all film producers or BOPP Line manufacturers and allows realistic annual output of 56.000 tons and theoretical output of 75.000 tons as shown here.

Applying the same new technology with the same speed on a 10.4 meter wide line will even increase the realistic output value to 67.000 tons p.a. and the theoretical one to 90.000 tons
