So customers are the center of todays world. Everyone talks about customers, needs, wishes and so on. How this looks like in online shopping?

There a few reasons why the customers “hate” their seller online.

I can never remember my password for this site!

Yes security is important but… If you cannot remember the password what’s the point of it?

There must be a compromise between security and customers point of view and way of thinking. And wishes of course.

The login process is got to be fast and effective. And secure of course. But don’t exagurate!

Knock knock! Did you, brand, forget me, your customer?

A customer is buying more and more of a certain brand. And feeling more attached to it. But the brand is not that attached to the customer.

Let’s make it simple – if you buy jeans on one place for a few years, you like it when the seller knows who you are and what are you looking for. The size, the model and so on. The same is online.

I’d like to know what my friends think

This is where social media comes in. A customer will purchase something with greater probability if his/her friends say they also like it.

No mobile version

So today we live so fast and we want it all right now. If you cannot open, or load, a page with the jacket you want to see, if it’s still available in the store, you won’t go home right away to do it. You haven’t got time. Probably you won’t even buy it.

So these are some issues that have to be considered if the customer online experience is to be enhanced.

Good look online sellers!
