Google wants to make it possible! It’s called the Project ARA and it’s going to be in stores at the beginning of 2015! Close enough isn’t it?

Modular cell phone! That’s how it’s called! A basic kit would have things like: motherboard, modules with screen, WiFi, processor and lots of others. But there is no information who is really going to have access to this. But the price would be about 50$ so hopefully their idea is to make it widely used.

Currently they call it the Grey Phone – it’s like a work name.

Except having a modular phone, they want to make it like an eco system around an imagined nucleus so other hardware producers could make their features. So mobile phone industry and the entire mobile devices industry could go on another level!

It has a lot of potential! Really! We must admit it!

We had all thought about it when we went buying our cell phones, didn’t we?

Google just made a clear statement about it!
